AutoPay makes frequent payments for bills, commute, rent, etc super convenient for you. You need to authorize such payments through your credit or debit card only once, and AutoPay will automatically pay on your behalf as per your instructions without bothering you. AutoPay is applicable only for payments up to Rs. 2000.
AutoPay takes away the pain of paying for your previous ride as you try to book the next one. You will never lose a ride because you had to load your wallet or make a payment using OTPs. You could think of AutoPay as your virtual payment assistant, who would pay your ride fare after every ride. If you use cabs frequently, this would be a real time-saver!

PhonePe maintains the highest standard of security for all your payments. AutoPay makes a payment only after you have completed a ride and only as per your instructions during set-up.
We have also ensured that editing or removing the AutoPay for Ola, is quick and easy. Just go to ‘Manage AutoPay’ in ‘My Money’ section and make the required changes.
There are no extra charges for a payment made through Auto Pay
Note: You will not be able to edit or remove your AutoPay while you are in the middle of a ride.
No, currently you cannot set AutoPay on UPI.
Ride Fare is generated by Ola. PhonePe does not have any control on Ride Fare.

You can change the card used for Auto Pay by going to 'Manage AutoPay' in my Money, Select OLA and Delete the existing card details. Set a new AutoPay by choosing your new payment instrument (Credit or Debit card) on booking an Ola ride on PhonePe.
You can delete AutoPay by going to Manage AutoPay in My Money. Select Ola and delete. However, you will not be able to book Ola rides through PhonePe without setting up AutoPay.
